Rabun Realty was founded by Kristi Caudell in 2020 with a vision to provide boutique, white-glove service in the luxury real estate market of North Georgia. In 2017, Kristi moved to Rabun County full-time and began working alongside Lynda Hester, a highly respected real estate professional with deep-rooted expertise in the region.
