Rabun Realty was founded by Kristi Caudell in 2020. In 2017, Kristi moved to Rabun County full-time and began studying under Lynda Hester, a seasoned real estate agent in the area. Over the next two years, Kristi learned the ins and outs of the industry and honed her skills as a real estate professional.

After much prayer and contemplation, Kristi took a bold step and opened her own real estate boutique firm. With her passion for people and her extensive knowledge of the real estate market, Kristi was able to create a unique and personalized experience for her clients. She put their needs first, striving to help them find the perfect home or investment property, and to guide them through the complex process of buying or selling real estate.

In the first three years of operation, Rabun Realty, led by Kristi Caudell, had an impressive track record of producing $42 million in volume. This was a testament to Kristi's hard work, dedication, and expertise in the industry.

In January 2023, Kristi partnered with COMPASS, the nation's number one real estate independent brokerage.  Known for its innovative technology and marketing tools. This decision was driven by Kristi's recognition of the changing landscape of the industry and her desire to provide her clients with the best possible service.

Kristi brought on Barry Laughon as a team member due to his 32 years of experience in the industry. Together, Kristi and Barry work closely to provide expert guidance, personalized service, and unwavering support to their clients throughout the home buying or selling process.
